We are turning the space into somewhere warm and singular, a place built for learning. From October 1 we post what is actually being done, with nothing prettied up.
What is being done
Bathrooms, kitchen, heating, floors, furniture. We post photographs as the work moves, including the parts that do not photograph well.

Why there is still no date
We cannot give you a date until the decision is in our hands, and we are not going to invent one. Here is how the process runs.
They start October 1, 2026. We take the space and the builders go straight in.
When the works are done, the inspector comes through. Bathrooms and kitchen are looked at first, which is why we build them first.
The ministry has thirty days to issue the licence to operate a preschool.
The moment the decision is in our hands, the people on the list hear the opening date first. Not a day before.
