Who is holding your child
This is not a team assembled for a launch. Every one of them worked with children in Montenegro and the region long before Boka Academy existed, and everything below can be checked.

Co-author of the official textbooks “Nature and Society” (grades 1-3) and “Nature” (grade 4). 35 years in the classroom. Author of the parents’ handbook “The Red Cat”.

Finance and accounting in the US, then a tax practice of her own. The program she brings to Boka Academy she tested on her own children first.

Over 20 years teaching and close to 10 years in speech therapy - from first words to clear speech.
Our curriculum is our own, drawn from the best educational practice around the world, and it is taught in English. Seven areas of learning, with the weight on play, exploration and thinking for themselves.
Morning to afternoon
The rhythm is the same every day, because the structure creates a safe environment in which a child can thrive. Times are approximate.
Here is how a day runs
The van leaves earlier, on the route we agree on. The same person greets your child every morning - that is a large part of why settling in goes easily.
Cooked that morning, in our kitchen. Nothing gets reheated out of a bag, and you see the menu ahead of time.
A song, a story and conversation, in English. From here on, the day runs in English.
The children choose what to play. We are outside whenever the weather allows - the yard, a walk, the sea.
Two courses, nothing pre-packaged. Allergies and special diets are posted in writing in the kitchen.
Nap for the little ones, outside play for the older ones.
Numbers, shapes and logic, through play. No more than 15 children and always two adults in the room.
Stories, picture books and careful listening - the part of the day where vocabulary gets built.
A healthy snack and time with friends.
Colours, instruments and making things by hand. We use international materials and a learning-through-play methodology.
A short word with a parent about how the day went - every day, not only when something is wrong.
The kitchen in the house
No catering company. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are cooked in our own kitchen every morning, and we post the menu ahead of time. If there is something your child cannot eat, it goes on the record at enrollment and the cook has it in front of her.
A typical week, not a fixed menuNothing gets reheated out of a bag. Meat, fish and produce arrive fresh.
Recorded at enrollment and kept in writing, in the kitchen and in the classroom.
Posted on the site before the week starts. No login, no email required.

We have the keys, and from here on we post what is being done - bathrooms, kitchen, heating, floors, furniture. Unretouched. We start at zero: this is how it looked before the crews walked in.
Our own photographs, taken 2 October 2026, straight out of the camera.
Opening depends on the license issued by the ministry. We will publish a date only once the approval is in our hands - until then we are taking waitlist requests.
One price, with no line items added later for materials, field trips or meals. What is not included is written below, so nothing surprises you later.
€500 / month
Admission is €475, paid once when your child enrolls.
€250 / month
Transportation not included.
€600-800 / month
A planning figure, not an offer. The program has not launched and is not enrolling.
Parents of four-year-olds are already deciding where their child goes at six - so we publish the number now instead of hiding it.
Van service outside Tivat - Luštica, Kotor and Radanovići - is billed separately, by route.
What you pay, and what it coversThe questions parents actually ask
No. Children this age do not learn a language by studying it, they learn it by living in it. That is why our teachers are bilingual - your child hears English all day, but when they need something, they get an answer in their own language. Settling in usually takes a few weeks.
Fifteen children at most, and always two adults - a teacher and an assistant. That is a ceiling, not an average, and it does not move even when the waitlist is long.
Our own curriculum, drawing together the best educational practice from around the world and taught in English. Seven areas of learning — three prime ones (communication and language, physical development, personal and social development) and four specific ones (literacy, maths, understanding the world, expressive arts). Children learn through play, exploration and first-hand experience.
It goes in the file at enrollment, and a written list stays in the kitchen and with the teacher in the room. Because we cook everything ourselves, the meal gets adapted - you are not packing a separate lunchbox.
All of Tivat, plus Luštica, Kotor and Radanovići. Routes are built around where enrolled children actually live - which is why the form asks where you live.
We cannot give you a date until the license is in our hands, and we are not going to invent one. Construction starts October 1, inspection follows, and the ministry has 30 days to rule. The moment the date is certain, the people on the list hear it first.
Yes. The after-school program is open to any child in Tivat, whatever school they attend and whether or not they have ever been here.
Joining the list costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is not an enrollment. It means you hear the opening date first, get first pick of tour times, and are counted among the founding families.
